60-SEC PROMO VIDEO – NEEDED BY 30 APRIL
We will be looping around a montage of sponsor videos on a large LED wall and across various screens at the event to increase the visual and immersive experience. If you want your video to be included please start planning with your relevant colleagues and get ready to send this mp4 file to email@example.com. Your video should be no longer than 60 secs in length, 16:9 ratio and in MP4 format.

We will share with you in May a list of attending companies, so you know who to expect. All sponsor attendees and guest places need to be confirmed by 30 April so we can compile an accurate list by mid May for you.

12 – 14 June (Summits, Networking & Exhibition): Your comfort and participation are key so we would recommend smart casual, casual or athleisure. However, given the air-con exposure all day we would suggest no shorts or flips flops.
13 June (Awards Dinner): The dinner dress code is anything from smart-casual up to formal – we give everyone the option of dressing up nicely, to whatever degree they want to.
15 June (Site Visits): Comfortable clothes and athleisure is recommended, especially if you are planning to squeeze a workout at our partner clubs.

BULKY AND HEAVY DELIVERIES BY CONTRACTORS (I.E. SETTING UP OF EQUIPMENT)
Please download, review and fill in the below documents:
- Delivery instructions of how to access the RCCC and how to bring the materials upstairs to Level 4 and the Fairmont Ballroom.
- Delivery label that vendors doing the materials delivery are required fill in and it has to be pasted on the boxes/items that will be sent over to the RCCC.
- Permit To Work form which is a requirement for all vendors coming in to the premises for deliveries and/or set up. The delivery person/company will need to fill in the form with their names and time of delivery and then return the form to Kiran at Kiran.Kaur@Fairmont.com so she can then pass it on to the venue Security personnel. Please ensure this form is completed and sent to Kiran in advance.
- Exhibitors who are engaging their own booth contractors would have to consolidate and complete the forms required and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org for vetting before obtaining approval from the venue.
- INX will assist to complete all required venue form documentations on behalf of Exhibitors who engage them as their official booth contractors.
LIGHTER DELIVERIES BY YOUR STAFF (I.E. BANNERS, GOODIE BAG GIVEAWAYS)
If you are carrying the goods by hand, please come into the RCCC through the Raffles City Mall and come up to the Fairmont Ballroom on Level 4. If you require transporting the goods by a trolley please use the Loading Bay entrance and instructions as Security Personnel do not allow access into the main mall with a trolley. Use the loading/unloading dock and use the service lifts as entry point for your trolley.

Singapore is a highly vaccinated country. 95 per cent of Singapore’s eligible population have completed their full vaccination regimen under the national vaccination programme. About 70 per cent of the total population have received their vaccine booster shots. There is Omicrom in the community, like every country, but the numbers are manageable and the Singapore Government is committed to no more restrictions/lockdowns.
I AM FULLY VACCINATED: All countries can travel freely into Singapore. Singapore has fully reopened travel. There are NO pre-departure tests needed. There are NO on-arrival tests. There is NO quarantine. We are FREE, you are FREE to travel and enjoy Singapore.
I AM NOT VACCINATED: You can still travel to Singapore but you must quarantine for one week in a hotel. We are advising unvaccinated persons not to travel to Singapore, as the restrictions here for unvaccinated people are very strict with limits on your freedom of movement. We would love you to be here, we love everyone regardless of their vaccination status, but it would not be a good trip for you.
If you are fully vaccinated; there are NO pre-departure tests needed. There are NO on-arrival tests. There is NO quarantine. We are FREE, you are FREE to travel and enjoy Singapore. You arrive at the airport and you are FREE to do whatever you like, just like pre-covid travelling. This ensures you do not need to worry about being positive on arrival. If you do feel unwell during your stay you should test yourself and seek medical attention if you require it. We have moved into an era again of self accountability.
All attendees must be (i) fully vaccinated at least 15 days prior to attending the event, or they must (ii) show proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken no longer than 24 hours prior to the event or they must (iii) show proof of recent recovery from COVID-19 infection to access the event.
To ensure you the safest and healthiest environment possible we undertake the following: (1) hand sanitisers are located throughout the venue, (2) high-touch areas are regularly sanitised throughout the day and (3) masks are encouraged. We adhere to all Singapore national standards.
For international attendees, you will be asked by the Singapore Government to download an app called ‘TraceTogether’ but as off 1 May it will only be used to enter nightclubs. We expect by 1 June, this app will be completely redundant and not used. To reiterate above, you are FREE in Singapore to move around very easily.
No there is not, they are not necessary, so we do not do these.
Inevitably this will happen to someone, maybe you. As the saying goes, ‘sh!t happens’. If you test positive and cannot attend, we would issue you a full credit note for any ticket(s) you purchased to use this credit towards any future FIT Summit event where we would welcome you gladly. No. The event is 100% on and will not be cancelled or postponed. The Singapore Government have committed to bringing back travel and events to Singapore on a large scale. Singapore already (from mid-Feb) has hosted large events including its 13,000 person Singapore Air Show. You can book your flights and your tickets with full confidence, the event is on!

This is not a hybrid event. We are recording talks and presentations from the event and making them available ondemand post-event but there is no simultaneous virtual event.
Activities start on 13 June for speakers, sponsors and VIP delegates, while activities for general delegates start on 14 June. However, we will arrange site visits and workouts across the week for all attendees so we would encourage you to be in Singapore for 3-4 days, we promise it will be worth the trip.
We encourage you to consider buying/securing VIP tickets to attend so that you can access all areas, as well as the Leadership Summit and VIP Reception on 13 June. That said, whether you are a VIP delegate or General delegate we encourage you to be at the event for as long as possible – there is so much to do, so many people and companies to engage.
