  • Vive Active, an Australian ultimate athletic reformer pilates studio opened its first studio at Tanglin Mall.

  • Hyatt announced a strategic joint venture with Kiraku to launch a collection of modern-style hot spring ryokans (Japanese-style inn) in Japan targeting global travelers under the new hospitality brand, ATONA.
  • Japanese digital therapeutics startup CureApp, Inc. secures $51.5M in Series G round
  • Glofox launched ‘Amplify’, an automated engagement platform delivering a 2.5x increase in member conversions and accelerated growth for gym and studio operators.
  • Orangetheory launches MaxHR, an AI-driven heart rate tracking system. Members can join MaxHR after completing 20 studio classes with an OTBeat heart rate monitor.
  • Myzone, in partnership with OliveX, is in the Metaverse – Helping operators connect with members outside their facilities and ultimately inspiring more people to be active
