Andrew Cox is a Co-Founder and Director of Joint Dynamics Ltd in Hong Kong www.jointdynamics.com.hk – Andrew is a business owner, trainer, lifestyle coach and educator in health, fitness, and high performance. His focus is leading a charge towards proactive health and sustainable higher levels of vitality and performance. He works comprehensively with individuals, teams and corporations in these areas and has been doing so in the Asia Pacific regions for well over a decade. He is a regular on Radio, and a contributor to publications internationally in his area of expertise. He has also run retreats, been a visiting practitioner, and worked as a consultant for the six star Aman resort chain, Kamalaya Luxury Wellness Sanctuary and Holistic Spa Resort and Sangha by Octave in Suzhuo China. A sort after speaker and educator, Andrew has presented annually at many fitness and wellness conventions, delivered keynote presentations to many of the leading financial institutes in Asia (from higher management to fresh grads), as well as being a former founding member of the Weston Price foundation in Hong Kong. Andrew has extensive credentials and experience in training, strength and conditioning, swimming, wellness and performance coaching, coupled with an unyielding curiosity.
