Benjamin Ho

Co-Founder
Project Rock

Benjamin went to Lubbock Christian University in Texas and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources Ecology and Conservation. When he was in the United States, he picked up rock climbing and has been hooked on it ever since. He also has a knack for building things. So, it came as no surprise when he decided to build his own rock climbing gym. He has by far constructed a few climbing walls, namely Project Rock IKEA and Project Rock Gurney Plaza, a top rope wall for Uplands International School and 2 climbing walls in two private residences in Penang. Professionally, Benjamin has worked as a researcher in a Danish agricultural company. He then took on the position of a Professional Aquarium Curator in IJM, after which, he co-founded Project Rock. He now owns and runs an American food restaurant (Let’s Meat), and both Project Rock climbing gyms. His passion for entrepreneurship as well as operations management keeps him motivated. This coupled with his love for rock climbing makes this project especially exciting for him.
