An avid health & wellbeing enthusiast, researcher, lecturer and practitioner in Complementary Medicine & Herbal Medicine. Blair was formerly a public health researcher at Harvard & Columbia University assisting in clinical trial research in wellness, plant medicines as cancer therapy & MAPS.
He managed integrative health clinics; taught in health, fitness, & sport, and worked at 5-star hotels in Spa/Wellness Centre management & training. Blair managed luxury resorts, cruises, liveaboards & retreats- incorporating wellness travel & tourism with luxury, holistic fitness, wellness, spa & sport programs.
Blair and his brother (Ross) shared a vision to create and engage a global network of health, fitness and wellness businesses. Blair facilitates senior-level business relationships with leaders from global fitness chains, franchises & boutique gyms; multinational hotels & resorts, luxury spas, health retreats, fitness & wellness technology, connected devices & equipment providers.

In 2022 he cofounded Active Franchising, a new industry platform for promoting regional and international franchise investment opportunities. Blair resides in Bali & Singapore.
Blair enjoys running, spin, freediving, hiking, yoga, bootcamps & swimming. A passionate scuba instructor with 11,000 dives, Blair participates in reef conservation & marine biology to help locals to create sustainable tourism – preserving the natural beauty of the underwater world for future generations.
