Dr. Timothy Low

Dr. Timothy Low was the former CEO and Board Director of Farrer Park Hospital and was also Head of Healthcare Investment at Pavilion Capital (A Temasek Holdings company).

Farrer Park Hospital is a private acute tertiary institution sited within Singapore’s first fully integrated healthcare and hospitality complex. It was awarded “Best New Hospital in Asia Pacific” and “Smart Hospital of the Year in Asia Pacific” in 2016/2017 respectively.

With more than 30 years tenure in both public and private practice, Dr Low brings to this role his operational and medical knowledge. He formerly held the positions of CEO of Gleneagles Hospital and as Medical Affairs senior executive across Bio-Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and CRO industries at Shire/Takeda, Covidien/Medtronic, Schering Plough/MSD, Covance and Glaxo Wellcome(now GSK), spanning more than 30 years.

Having been conferred the Icons of Healthcare – Leading Healthcare Management Professional of the year in 2018, Dr Low was also awarded the “50 Most Talented Healthcare Leaders of Asia” award as well as “Best CEO of the Year” in 2016 and 2017 respectively. In 2018, he was awarded the “Rare Disease Champion Provider of the Year in Asia Pacific” and was also later recognized as the “ Most Media Savvy Personality ” in 2019.

In 2023, Dr Low as awarded the Public Service Medal (Covid-19) – PBM – Pingat Bakti Masyarakat for outstanding contributions to Singapore’s fight against the Covid-19 pandemic. In 2024, he is conferred with “Top Motivational Speaking Voice” from LinkedIn.
