Francis is an operations and strategy expert with significant experience in franchising and team management. He began working at KX Pilates in February, 2021 in the role of General Manager: Operations and has worked to improve the performance and growth factors of the KX network through engaging, teaching and supporting franchisees in addition to assisting in the strategic leadership of the KX brand in Australia and globally.
