Gary is a serial entrepreneur, a Co-Founder of LVL & its CEO. Starting his career in investment banking on Wall Street in New York, Gary went on to establish his first business (a design & marketing agency) whilst still in New York, growing the business into a new UK head office & eventually expanding into the Middle East. It was in Dubai, whilst working for strategic initiatives for The Executive Office of HH Sheikh Mohammed, that Gary developed the idea for a wellbeing platform and in 2017, LVL was born. Gary’s role at LVL is to drive the company strategy, empower the leadership team, be on the commercial frontline & drive product development. Gary is passionate about wellbeing, is a sports fanatic & the occasional golfer. It is this passion for movement, fitness & wellbeing that drives Gary to develop and scale LVL to new heights. Gary was recently awarded the UAE Golden Visa for his service to Dubai’s entrepreneurial scene, nominated by Area 2071 & Dubai Future Foundation.
