She is the Producer and Host of the Facebook lifestyle series “Keeping It Real”, which received over 30 million viewers, the Producer and Host of the new series “Zero to Hero”, and is the host of the travel series “No Limits” for Business Insider. Natalie is also currently a World Health Organisation Facebook Ambassador generating over 60 million views on her posts for them. She appears regularly in the media across Asia as a host, celebrity trainer, and speaker at many global events.
Natalie can usually be found traveling the world to run wellness retreats or creating lifestyle and travel content. In her spare time she is an accomplished athlete having won multiple 100km Ultra Races, represented Asia at Spartan Race World Championships and is a regular podium-placed athlete in other sporting events. She is a Qualified Trainer, and has accreditation in Sports Nutrition.
