Based in Singapore, Nigel Moore is a highly experienced food and beverage operations leader with over 25 years of hospitality experience in five-star luxury international hotels, private members’ clubs and stand-alone restaurants, gaining exposure to various countries, cultures and cuisines. Nigel has been involved with marketing, public relations, human resources, project management, strategic planning, pre-opening of new hotels. Experienced in development of concepts and operating philosophies for new hotels and refurbishment programmes of existing outlets. Experienced in developing, mentoring and building the right teams, Nigel’s entrepreneurial approach to concepts and design has led to successful hotel openings and project executions.
