Raj Kumar is the former Executive Vice-President for International at Self Esteem Brands, a multi-branded franchisor of some of the world’s leading franchised brands – Anytime Fitness, The Bar Method, Basecamp Fitness and Waxing the City. In this capacity, Raj was responsible for the strategic expansion of the SEB international portfolio and operations excellence on products and services delivered to customers around the world. A seasoned international executive, Raj has over 25 years of experience leading retail businesses in Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America with global multinationals like General Mills and Tata. With a unique combination of general management, new business development and retail sales and marketing expertise, Raj has driven growth and executed business turnarounds around the world. He is a native of New Delhi, India and has an M.B.A from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.
