Rob Cook has worked throughout Australia, UK, Europe, North America and Asia as a coach and presenter who settled in Bangkok, Thailand and established his facility, NewMoves & NewMoves Pro. Rob is a regional educator and Master Trainer for NASM and has been responsible for delivering specialist courses and establishing teams of presenters throughout Asia. As a coach, he has worked with some of Asia’s top athletes, celebrities and C-suite executives. Rob is also an industry consultant where he has worked on some of SE Asia’s most specialized health & fitness facilities.
