Rocky graduated at the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Administration; a fitness industry executive with over 20 years of experience in the management and operation of multinational health and wellbeing corporations. He joined the HKRU from California Fitness, where he has assumed a variety of roles over a 16-year tenure. A familiar face in local rugby circles, Rocky is a long-standing member of the Hong Kong Rugby community and has been integrally involved with the development of Gai Wu RFC, one of Hong Kong’s pioneering Chinese rugby clubs. He currently still represents Gai Wu’s first XV as a hooker. He also represented the Hong Kong Dragons in the early 1990s being selected for tours to Singapore and Thailand. Prior to that Rocky played for Tigers RFC in the early 1990s becoming one of the first local players to play first division rugby in Hong Kong.
