With over 30 years of experience in leisure & recreation management in the hotel and club and spa industries, Sean was responsible for the design and development aspects of all current spa, fitness & wellness and recreation & resort facilities currently under planning and development around the globe within Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Sean’s main role is to ensure that the Groups standards are integrated into the physical design of the facilities to enable the operational teams to work their magic in servicing the need of guests, members and residents. Part of Sean’s role was to identify new trends & development in the spa and wellness industry that fit well with Mandarin Oriental’s overall spa philosophy. Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is a leader in the design and operation of wellness and lifestyle facilities and intends to remain at the forefront of the industry.
