Shadan Alsagri is Deputy COO of Leejam Sports Company.
She is an experienced health club operations leader with more than 6 years of experience in Business Development, Brand Management and Operational Management. Her current role as Deputy COO makes her responsible for the operations of 173 center across KSA and UAE. She leads revenue generating channels through diverse services like Spa, Physiotherapy clinics, Retail and F&B.
Shadan spearheaded the opening of 40 Ladies Center and Leejam 24 hours gym model (Xpress) now in 26 locations where she developed different aspects of the business including marketing, customer traffic sales and people practices. She is passionate about people development and a big believer in the power of people to make change.
