Shadan has a wealth of experience in areas of business development. Her current role as Deputy COO made her responsible for center operations of 150 centers across KSA and UAE. She initiated revenue-generating channels through diverse services like spa, physiotherapy clinics, retail and F&B. Shadan also has a passion for people development. Leejam recently launched a training program for Saudi Female trainers, this training program encourages the ladies to explore possibilities in working in a fitness environment, which is not very common in the region. She also spearheads the opening of 40 Ladies Center and Leejam 24 hours gym model (Express) now in 25 locations.
