Siva Kumar

Born and raised in Singapore, Siva Kumar graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Engineering Management specialising in Engineering and Business Management. Upon returning from his overseas education in early 2000, Siva started his career at California Fitness and gradually moved to being part of the Senior Management Team. Siva’s achievement includes being the General Manager of Fitness First, District Manager for True Yoga/Fitness, Area General Manager for Anytime Fitness and now the Country Manager for Real Yoga. With more than 18 years of successful experience, he has a passion for innovation, success, and building a better business. He was also involved in setting up Snap Fitness in Indonesia from scratch including both the backend and forefront staff, building a formidable sales Team that produced a very successful record-breaking presales in Asia. His key areas of expertise are strategic business planning which includes Sales, Marketing and Operational Management. He is a collaborative leader who develops and empower high performing individuals and teams to exceed expectations. He has successfully improved and implemented winning sales system that has turned business into a positive direction for many shareholders.
