Tim Hawkins

Hawkins is currently Global Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Core Health and Fitness where he uses his vast consumer marketing leadership experience to drive the sales of one of the world’s largest fitness companies. StairMaster, Nautilus, Schwinn and Star Trac brands are at the heart of Core and are the focus of the selling and marketing plan. Before Core, Hawkins was President and Chief Executive Officer of Ivey Performance Marketing in Milwaukie, OR where he led this marketing services company, branding programs for international companies like Nike, Warner Brothers, DirecTV, Panera and Adidas. Hawkins began his fitness journey as President, CCO and CMO of Nautilus Fitness in Vancouver, WA where he led the turnaround of the largest branded organization in the fitness industry focusing on revenue growth, customer service excellence, operational efficiencies and manufacturing quality improvement. Prior to Nautilus, he was Vice President of Sales for Levi Strauss and Company in San Francisco, CA where he was responsible for developing and implementing rigorous selling and planning processes. He also held multiple sales and marketing positions at The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, GA where he led the company’s beverage efforts with national restaurant organizations. Hawkins strengthened his depth in retail marketing in Madison, WI as Vice President of Advertising and Promotion for Famous Footwear, operating over 800 locations nationwide. He began his career in multiple sales and marketing roles with Rayovac, a battery and flashlight manufacturer, working with national customers and channels. Hawkins received a BA in Music from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. Hawkins personal interests revolve around his commitment to children including his own. Tim has been on the Board of Directors for Give Kids the World, a Florida based organization centered on providing terminally ill children a last wish. He has been a Big with Big Brothers/Big Sisters with a young man for 10 years. He served on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers/Big Sisters Columbia NW and Wild Canyon Games. He’s been active with youth coaching in Clark County Youth Football and Highlands Little League. In addition, Hawkins is active in his church with music, youth and men’s ministries. He resides in Brush Prairie, WA with his wife, Becky and his 3 children.
