Walter MacDonald is the Fitness Operations Director with CW Group and has been with them since 2009. He has been in the Fitness and Wellness business for over 35yrs, and has set up and operated numerous high profile projects including Shenzhen University Games Athletes Gym, Tencent Headquarters, Shenzhen and VIP.com Guangzhou ‘Workplace Wellness’ facilities, Mission Hills Wellness & Spa Centre and Huawei Sports Club in Shenzhen. And is now engaged in developing the company’s B2B Division. Walter has been in China since 2001 including 8yrs in Shanghai, previously he was with Hyatt International Resorts.
