Sponsorship and Exhibition Sales Executive (Singapore)

You would be proactively selling all manner of exhibition and creative sponsorship opportunities to businesses operating in the health, fitness and wellness world (from nutrition to technology to apparel to gyms to solution providers).

You will conduct the majority of your work through telesales, however, you will also have face-to-face meetings with potential clients. Your main duties and responsibilities include: speaking with prospects and convincing them of the value of sponsoring FIT Summit, sales activity planning & forecasting and deliver a professional sales proposal. On average you would have 20 in-depth conversations per day – the role requires considerable time on the phone to contact clients and prospects.

We require that you have sponsorship or exhibition sales experience, excellent understanding of consultative sales approach, excellent English communication skills. You will be exhibit confidence, diction, charm and politeness in all conversations thus your mannerism over the phone should be persuasive yet tenacious, resilient and clearly gifted in sales approaches. Excellent team working skills will be highly valued. Ideally you will be a highly motivated self-starter who is results driven. In short, you must be full of energy, enthusiasm, passion, a hunger to succeed and the goal of maximising sponsorship revenue and industry connectivity for FIT Summit.

Delegate Sales Executive (Singapore)

You would sell a range of participation packages (delegate tickets, exhibition stands and published advertising) over the telephone to new business prospects to attend and be involved in FIT Summit.

You must be able to research new leads and follow up existing leads, maximise sales time by targeting effectively the correct clients, generate maximum revenue and to work within a team environment towards team goals. You must be able to convince the prospect of the benefits of attending. On average you would make 50 calls per day – the role requires considerable time on the phone to contact clients and prospects.

Previous work in telesales, phone-based marketing, and/or business-to-business sales is a requirement, as is computer literacy. In character and personality, you must be courteous, confident, persistent in your efforts, highly motivated, ambitious, constantly striving for excellence and success. Additionally you must: demonstrate excellent communication skills; have self-motivation/drive and have unparalleled work-ethic based on never giving up.
