Do not expect your regular trade show or sit down conference here. At the Festival you’ll experience an immersive multi-day thought leadership summit, an interactive experience exhibition, a showcase of start-up brands and a glittering awards dinner, with multiple networking events, product launches, activation events, site visits, wellness classes and workouts. It is a must attend event for all health, fitness, wellness, hospitality, spa, HR and sport executives.

There are three ways to be involved; (i) as a sponsor, (ii) as an exhibitor, or, (iii) as a delegate.

Yes, we warmly welcome you to join us in Singapore. By June 2022 almost all travel lanes will be open, without quarantine, for international guests to fly into Singapore and return to their home country freely. Speaking roles are normally wrapped up in sponsorship as we prefer to work to the highest degree possible with each company and partner – for branding, profiling, marketing, thought leadership and business development. Speaking opportunities could be in the form of a keynote address or panel session, done online (pre-recorded) or in-person.

Our current partners are now deciding upon what opportunities they are securing, from speaker slots, to exhibition spaces to awards sponsors and dinner tables. Almost every major sponsorship and exhibition opportunity will be secured by the end of Q1 2022. We recommend that you discuss participation and confirm with us during or before Q1 2022 to guarantee the opportunities you want to secure.

Each year we recognise leading companies and executives from across health, fitness, wellness and hospitality. The dinner includes the awards ceremony itself, special guest entertainment, fantastic food and drink, as well as a pre-dinner VIP Networking Reception. We present 10 Awards in 2022. Each award is given based on their achievements and successes in the past 12 months (in the Asia Pacific Region).

We are live-streaming some of the keynote talks directly out on YouTube so that our wider network can enjoy some fantastic live thought leadership. We are also creating an incredible ondemand website that will include all the talks from the event recorded and also exclusive talks and panels pre-recorded in advance.

OPTIMISING MY TRIP FAQs

Activities start on 13 June for speakers, sponsors and VIP delegates, while activities for general delegates start on 14 June. However, we will arrange site visits and workouts across the week for all attendees so we would encourage you to be in Singapore for 3-4 days, we promise it will be worth the trip.
We encourage you to consider buying/securing VIP tickets to attend so that you can access all areas, as well as the Leadership Summit and VIP Reception on 13 June. That said, whether you are a VIP delegate or General delegate we encourage you to be at the event for as long as possible – there is so much to do, so many people and companies to engage. We will create a group online to engage and connect before the event, ensure you connect there to say hi, set meetings, rendezvous points and attend the site visits and workouts to connect with even more people.
We have secured discounted room rates at the Swissotel and the Fairmont hotel – both of which adjoin the event venue and only a few minutes walk from all activities. We strongly recommend that you stay at either venue whilst in Singapore for your stay. You can book your accommodation directly through the links on this webpage.

HEALTH, SAFETY & COVID RELATED FAQs

Singapore is the most vaccinated country in the world with 85% of its population fully vaccinated. Just like any country, there are covid cases but the numbers are small. To ensure you the safest and healthiest environment possible we undertake the following: (1) all attendees must be fully vaccinated, or have a negative PCR test taken 24hrs in advance, (2) hand sanitisers are located throughout the venue, (3) high-touch areas are regularly sanitised throughout the day and (4) masks are encouraged. We will adhere to all Singapore national standards.
All attendees, sponsors, speakers, contractors, vendors and venue staff must be fully vaccinated at least 15 days prior to attending the event or show proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken no longer than 24 hours prior to the event.
For international attendees, as you enter Singapore you will be asked by the Singapore Government to download an app called ‘TraceTogether’. The result of your pre-flight / post-flight PCR test, along with your current vaccination status will show on this app shortly after you arrive in Singapore. For the Festival itself, once you arrive at the venue you simply use your TraceTogether app to gain Safe Entry into the building.
We do not need to conduct pre-event testing and so therefore will not do so when delegates arrive on-site. Your TraceTogether app and SafeEntry are sufficient.
Inevitably this will happen. As the saying goes, ‘sh!t happens’. If you test positive and cannot attend, we would issue you a full credit note for any ticket(s) you purchased to use this credit towards any future FIT Summit event where we would welcome you gladly.
